About The Project

The client sought a Strategy Consultant with a strong management consulting toolkit to provide strategic consulting and capacity‑building services in climate finance and the application of Public‑Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the renewable energy sector for government agencies. Tasks included research on climate finance and the application of PPPs in catalysing investment, development of workshop materials, presentations and reports, and planning and delivery of training workshops.
