About The Project

The client sought an Investment Portfolio Manager to oversee the programme’s technical assistance portfolio, ensuring alignment with the investment strategy. Responsibilities included supporting the development and refinement of the investment TA strategy, managing the delivery of investment projects, and identifying and advancing a pipeline of climate‑friendly urban development opportunities.
