The client sought an Investment Consultant to develop a roadmap for a $100 million subordinated debt fund focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency investments. Responsibilities included advising on fund structure for launch in 2025, targeting 280 MW of renewable energy over seven years, strategising on unlocking local currency financing from banks, and managing stakeholder relations across public and private sectors.
